A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I'm Artham, an Information Technology graduate who enjoys understanding complex problems, bringing people together and turning ideas into products that make a difference.

01 / THE PERSON
My background is in Information Technology, but over time I realised that what excites me most isn't just writing code. It's understanding why something needs to be built, who it is being built for and how it can be made better.
I've had the opportunity to work on enterprise cybersecurity platforms, operational workflows, a college-wide management system and AI-driven product experiences.
Across these experiences, I've found myself drawn towards product ownership — understanding users, defining problems, making decisions and working with teams to deliver solutions.
02 / MY JOURNEY
Studied Information Technology at Manipal Institute of Technology. Explored software development, databases, data analytics and applied technology through academic and independent projects.
Built a Timetable and Faculty Management System, working with administrators and department heads to understand requirements, prioritise features and deliver a system used across eight departments.
At Weekday, interviewed job seekers, identified problems in candidate experience and matching, and collaborated with engineering and marketing to ship improvements.
At ICICI Bank, work across cybersecurity platforms, vulnerability management, external attack surface management and process automation — coordinating stakeholders and driving product improvements.
03 / HOW I THINK
I believe good product work is about connecting the problem, the people experiencing it and the solution that creates value.
Start with users, workflows and the underlying problem. Don't jump to a solution before understanding the context.
Balance user needs, business priorities, engineering effort and constraints. Not everything can or should be built at once.
Good products are rarely built in isolation. Align teams, communicate clearly and create shared ownership of outcomes.
Follow through from requirements and prioritisation to testing, release and learning from real-world usage.
04 / BEYOND PRODUCT
Worked on an explainable deep-learning pipeline for kidney CT classification, achieving 97%+ accuracy. The research was presented at IEEE MoSICom 2025.
